First pop-up & updates! Høst/Autumn '22

Incase ya missed it,

we did out first pop-up in early September and it was such a success!

For those who did not have the chance to meet us out in the Hillevåg square we apologize, as we will say that it was quite short notice. But with such weather of Stavanger we just sprang out as soon as we realized we would have good temperature and sun!

We also paid a visit to the beautiful Nygårdshuset in Sandnes! It was a great 40mins bike ride for us along the coastal bike way.

Not sure if you know, but I am also an artist, so from the wee wagon I sold my art as well as delicious goods. My fellow artists were too happy to have us there (foodbike and myself).

If you have never been on this 'trail', my goodness we cannot recommend it enough!

We are so excited for what the future holds for us.

I know I am saying we/us a lot but that is because my partner is my gorgeous bike. There is none like her and she is like a child. Coming into my life and changing it for the better!

Speaking of child, after my first pop-up, I showed the photos to my 3yr old. She had watched the whole process of it being in pieces and being built. So when I showed her the photos from the pop-up it was the first she was seeing it all decorated and in action. She looked at the photos and immediately did a little gasp and smiled. She then got closer and stared a bit more and said 'So this is why you work!' I laughed and said, yes. Her smile just grew and she turned to me and hugged me whilst bouncing with excitement. My heart absolutely melted.

To me that was a beautiful sign that I am doing something right.

We have got some amazing collaborations and events coming up soon. I hope to also play around with more authentic Bahamian recipes to share which I am incredibly excited for. (However so difficult to find the right ingredients for REAL island food in Norway.)
